Is Hypnosis Dangerous?
  No not all.It is just a state of relaxation.

Does Being Hypnotized Feel Weird or Strange?
  Quite the opposite.Most people experience hypnosis as a pleasant normal sensation of deep relaxation.   In fact,all of us go in out of light hypnotic states during the course of the day. An example of this is daydreaming. At the end of a session one feels fresh and relaxed.

Am I Going To Lose Control When I'm Hypnotized?
  No.You cannot be made to say or do anything that you would not normally say or do.
  You definitely will not reveal any personal secrets while in hypnosis.  You can emerge from hypnosis anytime you wish.

Will I Be Asleep?
  No. You are just in a state of relaxation.You are still awake able to think, hear, smell, feel and taste.

What if I Can't Be Hypnotized?
  The vast majority of people can be hypnotized. The only people who cannot ( and indeed should not) be hypnotized are the mentally handicapped and impaired,those who are on certain medications and those whose brain function  has been affected by drugs and alcohol.   The key factor to being hypnotized is your willingness to cooperate and your desire to achieve positive results

What If I Don't Wake Up?
  No one has ever gotten stuck in a terminal state of hypnosis. If the hypnotherapist left the room you would either fall asleep and wake up naturally just as if you had had a short nap, or your subconscious mind would detect that there is no voice guiding you and would bring you to conscious awareness
