What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy was officially recognized in 1958 by the American Medical Association as being a highly effective and legitimate method of therapy.
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic, habit changing and goal attaining purposes. Please note that it has nothing to do with stage hypnosis.

Hypnosis is best defined as a state of relaxation during which the conscious mind is calmed, so allowing communication with the unconscious mind, which receives appropriate positive suggestions from the hypnotherapist.This is why hypnotherapy is so very effective for changing bad habits and achieving your desired changes and goals.
Our therapy is always goal-oriented and solution-focussed. This means that the client and hypnotherapist work together to achieve the client's specific goal, be it changing a habit or overcoming a fear etc.,etc.
I often teach the client self-hypnosis to give you the ability to achieve a wonderful state of  relaxation whenever and wherever you are and to empower you to make more positive changes in your life.
